It all started...

As far back as I can remember, some of my most memorable experiences as a kid were of my family gathering in my grandfathers backyard for some pizza.   The oven was built from brick by my grandfather. It was a great piece of work!

While the pizza was the best thing I ever tasted, it was how the oven brought family and friends together. It seemed everyone, kids and adults, gathered around the oven every time another piping hot pie was about to come out of the oven.

My objective when I built my first oven in my backyard in 2002 was to bring family and friends together and give all the kids some of the wonderful memories I was lucky enough to have of those gatherings around the brick oven.

Pure and Simple can now bring our goodness to your festivals and private parties with our mobile brick oven imported from Italy.  All of our bread and pizza recipes came to America from the bakery my family owned in Southern Italy.
